Renewal's Work Release Program is designed to facilitate the reintegration process by providing a meaningful, practical action plan, recognized industry wide as a model for managing this critical element of the transition process. We know, however, that successful reintegration takes more than just a new set of skills. It requires a commitment on the part of the individual and practice using those skills to develop long-term, healthy habits that can lead to a positive future.
